Can I book in advance?
You can book anywhere up to 12 weeks in advance.
What happens if I need to cancel or request a refund on a ticket?
Refunds are available on unused tickets dependent on the ticket type, no refunds are available on e-tickets or m-tickets. This also applies to cancellations. If in doubt give X Country a ring on the helpline phone numebr listed.
What are the ‘Off Peak’ and ‘Super Off Peak’ times?
‘Off Peak’ Not valid before 9:30am on weekdays, not valid early evenings between 4pm and 6pm, valid all weekend and bank holidays, ‘Super Off Peak’ not valid weekdays before 10am, not valid early evenings between 3.30pm and 7.15pm. This is policy regardless of your train journey with Cross Country.
